Delivery Information

Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time and place. Our delivery service delivers your rented items directly to your accommodation in Lloret de Mar.

The appointment for the delivery of the rental products is managed over email, telephone, or WhatsApp to ensure the products are handed over smoothly.

Please note that on receiving your items, you will be required to pay a fully refundable security deposit, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If your order incurs a delivery cost, this will be payable together with the security deposit.

Delivery costs are as follows:

Lloret de Mar Town Centre

Lloret de Mar Urbanisations

Blanes, Tossa de Mar

Items delivered to Lloret de Mar town centre, which includes the areas of Fanals, Santa Christina, Roca Grossa, Condado de Jaruco, and Lloret de Dalt, are free of charge.

Delivery to the urbanisations of Sierra Brava, Cala Canyelles, La Montgoda, La Font de Sant Llorenç, Urcasa, Els Pinars, Lloret Residencial and Mas Romeu are subject to a 12€ delivery charge.

Delivery to the town centre or nearby urbanisations of Tossa de mar and Blanes, are subject to a 25€ delivery charge.
