How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings when possible. Contact us for availability!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards (via PayPal), and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through PayPal's secure payment platform with full buyer protection. Your financial data is never stored on our servers. You'll receive an instant booking confirmation via email after payment.

Payment is due at the time of booking for orders reserved in advance. Security deposits are paid and returned in cash.

Are the items new?

The items are either new or as good as new.

Do you do quality checks?

All items and equipment are inspected and deep-cleaned after every pickup, then inspected again before the next delivery. We use organic, non-toxic cleaners to keep the user safe.

Can I extend my rental if we decide to stay longer?

Of course! Simply send us a WhatsApp message, and we'll extend your rental — subject to availability. We'll send you an updated invoice for the additional days. Many families extend their rentals, and we make the process as simple as sending a text message.

Is it really cheaper to rent?

When flying, almost always, yes. Consider this: a checked pushchair costs €50-€75 each way with most airlines. A car seat is another €50+. That's potentially €200-€300 in baggage fees alone—plus the stress, damage risk, and inconvenience. If you rent a pushchair and car seat from us for a one-week stay, you will pay a little under €100. For a 7-day holiday, you get premium equipment for less than your airline baggage fees — and zero stress.

What happens if the equipment breaks during my rental?

Don't worry — normal wear and tear is fully covered. If an item malfunctions or breaks during normal use, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll deliver a replacement as quickly as possible (usually within a few hours). There's no additional charge for replacements due to normal use. We only charge for damage or loss through negligence, which is extremely rare.

How does delivery work?

If you are located in Lloret or Fenals, delivery is free of charge. Out-of-town deliveries are subject to a small delivery charge, which is payable at the time of drop off, along with a cash secirity deposit. You can see delivery costs here.

How does the security deposit work?

When delivering your items, we will request a security deposit of around 50% of the total order value. So if you reserved two items at a total cost of 70€ for a week, the deposit will be 35€ payable in cash. This is fully refundable and will be returned to you when we collect the products, provided they are returned in the same, or almost the same (we understand wear and tear) condition as when they were picked up.

Any damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the cash deposit. We will ask you to inspect the item on delivery so you are satisfied it is in good condition.

What if we did not answer your question?

Our working hours are 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. If you require later delivery or pick up, please contact us, as we can usually oblige.

What if I need something you don't stock?

If you don't see an item you need on the site, message us on WhatsApp 0034 641194032, and we will do our best to source it in time for your arrival.

Do you do same day delivery?

To guarantee delivery each reservation should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the desired pick-up time. If you need delivery quickly, in many cases, items can be delivered the same day and even within a few hours. For short-notice items, please send us a message on WhatsApp instead of using the order form.

What if I need to cancel?

We know plans do not always work out, and that is no problem. We will refund you if you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%. The remaining 70% of your payment will be returned.
