Rental Terms and Conditions

Important Note: Car Seats

If reserving a car seat, you understand that you are responsible for the proper installation of the car seat. We are not authorised to install it for you, but we will provide you with full instructions from the manufacturer.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the pickup time specified in the order and ends when the item is returned. Late returns may incur additional fees at the standard daily rate unless prior arrangements are made.

Early Returns and Refunds

If you return a rental item before the agreed return date, a refund will only be given if we receive at least 24 hours' notice.

Returns made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, as the item has been reserved and may have been unavailable for other customers to rent during that time.

Security Deposit (Cash Requirement)

• Deposit Amount: A cash security deposit of 50€ is required at the time of delivery. This deposit will be returned in full to the Renter upon collection of the items, provided they are returned in the same condition as when they were picked up.

• Forfeiture: Any damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the cash deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the Renter remains liable for the remaining balance.

Equipment Condition & Inspection

The Renter acknowledges that they have inspected the equipment at pickup and found it to be in good working order. Any existing damage must be noted before taking possession. The equipment must be returned in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Proper Use & Liability

• The Renter agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.

• The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages to property resulting from the use of the rented items.

• The Renter assumes all risk and liability for the equipment once it leaves the Owner's possession.

Loss or Theft

In the event of loss or theft, the Renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the item. The security deposit will be applied toward this cost, and the Renter will be billed for the difference.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date they are published.
